Production Process of RDF pellet machine
The following illustrates the granulation process of this machine and its operation within the production line. The production process strictly controls temperature and pressure, thereby ensuring that the RDF pellets have high density and low moisture content.
- Feeding: The powdered material to be fermented is smoothly fed into the pelletizer via an arch-breaking feeder.
- Compression: Under high-temperature conditions, the material is compressed by a double-roll structure and forced through the ring die apertures.
- Forming: Through continuous compression, the formed material is continuously discharged through the apertures.
- Cutting: Driven by the rotation of the ring die, the pellet material passes through cutting blade, transforming into organic fertilizer pellets.
