Arch-Breaking Feeder
Installed here is a variable-frequency impeller feeder. It can prevent lightweight materials from accumulating at the feed inlet.

Forced Feeder
It can push accumulated material into the pelletizing chamber. This enhances material utilization and production efficiency.

Pelletizing Chamber
The primary structure consists of a clamp-type ring die and a dual-roll system, which work together achieve optimal pelletizing results.

Exhaust Port

The ideal moisture content for raw materials is 15%–18%. Materials outside this range will be difficult to pelletise, which will affect output, so pre-treatment is required. For high-moisture fermented materials, you can reduce the moisture content by drying them appropriately or by mixing them with low-moisture materials.
For crushed materials with excessively high moisture content, a drum dryer is typically employed for processing. This equipment achieves rapid and uniform drying through a combination of rotation and hot air. Conversely, for raw materials with low moisture content, an appropriate amount of water can be added to balance the moisture levels.

How often do the ring die and pressure roller need to be replaced?
Both the ring die and the pressure roller housing are wear-prone components of the pelletizer. For this reason, we have specifically selected the high-hardness alloy 42 CrMo. Furthermore, following carburising heat treatment, its wear resistance is far superior to that of stainless steel. This can significantly reduce the frequency of replacement.
The exact timing depends on the frequency of use and operating hours. When production reaches approximately 500–1,000 tonnes, it is usually necessary to inspect and assess the wear.
