The feeder of this equipment is made of high-temperature-resistant material, capable of handling high-temperature pellets immediately after granulation. A dedicated micro-motor is installed inside to ensure stable operation of the feeder and facilitate smoother material feeding.

How to choose the right pellet cooling machine?

We recommend that you first consider production capacity. We offer pellet coolers with capacities ranging from 1 to 40 T/H. Selecting a model with the appropriate capacity will help avoid production issues. If you need to produce hard wood pellet feed, we recommend choosing a high-intensity cooling method and a flip-gate discharge system.
For softer feed pellets and aquaculture feed, we recommend a slide-gate discharge system. This discharge method is gentler, helping to prevent damage to the feed pellets and avoid unnecessary losses.
Do different discharge methods affect cooling performance?

For cooling hard pellets at basic production capacities, you can choose between the flap-type and impeller-type discharge methods. These options ensure production efficiency while reducing costs. For pellets such as feed and cat litter, we recommend the slide-gate discharge method to help preserve pellet integrity. Additionally, the slide-gate method is better suited for large-scale pellet production facilities.
