Can straw be pelletized directly after being crushed by this machine?

The standard particle size for straw used in pelletization is 3–5 mm, while this machine produces particles ranging from 0.5 to 20 mm. Additionally, for large bales of straw, a bale breaker can perform preliminary bale breaking. The particle size of the material after bale breaking and grinding is 20–30 mm.
In addition to the degree of shredding, the raw material for pelletizing must also have the appropriate moisture content. The ideal moisture range is between 15% and 18%. Rice straw exceeding this range requires a drying system. We also provide high-efficiency drum dryers for pellet production lines.
