For this project, the client requested the production of grass feed pellets for sale. However, the raw grass material had a high moisture content. We installed drying equipment that automatically adjusts the drying duration based on the moisture level of the material.
All of the equipment utilises industrial-grade Siemens motors and features a high degree of automation. The entire production line is designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, achieving a reduction in energy consumption of over 20%.
